Hope Begins at Our Arizona Rehab Center

At Decision Point Center, we are dedicated to providing care and compassion throughout every step of the rehab process. When you first contact us, you will speak with one of our highly-trained admissions representatives. These staff members listen carefully to the needs of every individual patient, taking the time to thoroughly assess potential treatment options. Our representatives are here to answer all your questions regarding programs, costs, and insurance options, so don’t hesitate to ask.

Our goal at Decision Point Center is to ensure that every potential patient has the best chances of success, whether that means receiving treatment at our Arizona drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility or receiving it somewhere else. We will even provide suggestions for alternative programs when we believe they are in a patient’s best interests. At Decision Point Center, we take our duty to provide hope extremely seriously, and will do everything in our power to help anyone get better.

What to Know for Patients & Families

Decision Point Center wishes to make our admissions process as stress-free as possible for patients and their families. When patients first arrive, our staff will guide them through all the necessary paperwork and make sure they understand our policies, procedures, and treatment programs. After the patient is introduced to their Primary Therapist, we can begin developing a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs, and the patient can be admitted. This involves taking them to their residence, allowing them to meet others in the facility, and giving the patient time to process all the changes that are happening in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Families and loved ones are of course allowed to go over paperwork and say goodbye to patients. However, after a given time period, it is important to let the patient begin to adjust to their new routine on their own.

Information for Visitors

Visiting a loved one in rehab can be difficult, especially in the beginning. Visitors will be subject to a screening process to check they are not bringing in drugs, alcohol, or anything else that could interfere with the patient’s recovery. This is not only to protect you and your loved ones, but also the others at our facility. It is worth noting that sometimes a loved one may be asked to participate in a family therapy session. This is not the same as a regular visit, and participants should prepare themselves for the experience. Ultimately, your mission as a visitor is to help the person you love break the cycle of addiction, which means being there to support them, but also giving them space to thrive in their designated programs.
