In family sculpting, you will use a technique known as psychodrama to illuminate and change your perspective of events and dynamics within your family. Essential, the process is:

You will choose an event from your childhood.
You will arrange members of your therapy group as members of your family.
Once everyone has a role, you will provide information and direction to the participants to help you recreate family dynamics, perceptions, and painful events in a safe space.
