Understanding Our Admission Process
In order to get you or a loved one started on a path to getting help at Decision Point Center, the first thing you need to do is reach out to us. While this is one of the hardest steps to take, it is necessary. You can do this one of two ways: Calling in and speaking to one of our Admission Specialists or submitting your information on our website, and we will reach out to you.
Once dialogue begins, we can determine the needs of that person, and make certain that we are an appropriate fit. In conjunction, we can determine if the person in need is appropriate fit for our program. Our Admission Specialist surveys a person’s drug and/or alcohol use history, possible medical issue, mental health history and diagnosis, and legal issues. Understanding you or your loved ones needs is paramount in the process and this is done by completing a pre-assessment.
Contact us today by calling (844) 292-5010 to learn more about all the ways we can help you.
Will Insurance Cover My Addiction Treatment Program?
In addition to the assessment, our Admission Specialist can verify your health insurance through our in-house verification team or discuss private pay costs for you or your loved one. It is Decision Point Centers goal to provide affordable treatment to as many people as possible by going in-network with insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Tri-Care, Beacon, and many more.
Setting up a treatment program for yourself or a loved one can be a very big step, and Decision Point Center does not take this lightly. By completing these simple steps, our team can assist you through the process with compassion and understanding.
If you are unsure if you or your loved one needs substance abuse treatment, call us at (844) 292-5010 or fill out our online contact form, and one of our Admission Specialist will help you determine your needs.

This facility deserves a special recognition. They have been around for years but the services they provide and the recovery that comes out of their facility, only seem to grow over the years. I have worked with Stephen from the admissions department and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure clients feel comfortable and get the care they need. I definitely recommend Decision Point Center!!!!- Ashley B.
