They also attend group therapy sessions that enlist many modalities that support lasting recovery. Clients receive an outpatient treatment plan that has been developed specifically for their needs, availability and severity of issues.

Our licensed outpatient therapists are exceptionally qualified and committed to serving the highly individualized needs of each client. They are also adept at helping clients get to the root of their drug or alcohol misuse or addiction so that they may gain an understanding of the disease and its underlying causes. Therapy also illuminates the client's personal "triggers" that have the potential to result in relapse, and offers the insight required to avoid those people and situations.

Individual Counseling

Substance abuse counseling is a traditional method that has been used to treat substance use disorder and addiction for decades. Individual counseling allows clients to work through the issues that have caused their drug or alcohol issues and enabled them to take control. Individual counseling sessions use one-on-one therapy to help clients develop skills to manage stress, form healthy relationships, and identify relapse triggers.

Group Counseling

Group counseling for substance use disorder and addiction is also an effective way to help clients recover. During group therapy sessions, participants learn how to build trust and how to improve their relationships with others. Group sessions allow clients to encourage one another in their sobriety, and learn that they are not alone in the challenge.
