Mary Ann Zuppardo

Executive Director
Mary Ann Zuppardo

After coming to Prescott in 2005 to regain her own soberiety, Mary Ann joined the Decision Point team and watched it grow into what it is today. She puts her skills to work to include outstanding customer service, writing and implementing policies and procedures, and most of all, helping others. She credits her success to the support she received from her significant other, and the help he provided for their children while she worked hard to achieve her goals.

Gary D. Hees, MA, LPC

President, Professional Relations
Gary Hees
Gary brings a foundational, developmental and systemic perspective to Decision Point. His focus is in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Pia Mellody’s Post-Induction Model as well as multiple Family Therapy modalities such as Structural, Strategic, Narrative and Brief Solution-Focused therapy. In addition, Gary has years of experience working with addiction as well as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder. He received his Master’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Psychology-Marriage and Family Therapy. Gary has been licensed in Texas and Arizona for fifteen years.

Gail Chase-Quinn

Administrator and Human Resources Director
Gail Quinn
Gail has over 30 years of administrative management and customer service experience. She carries a unique talent of organization, business and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for detail. Gail ensures Decision Point maintains compliance with both the State of Arizona, and the Joint Commission. She also ensures the HR department is always on top of new rules, regulations, and trainings. Gail is a proud mother of four grown children and grandmother of ten, and spends her spare time engaged in family activities.

Dr. Laura Pieri

Psychiatrist & Medical Director
A Decision Point Center Psychiatrist, Laura Pieri, MD has many years of practicing medicine in Prescott, Arizona including at West Yavapai Guidance Clinic, a community mental health center treating over 7,000 patients in Yavapai County. Dr. Pieri has also served as a medical director of Windhaven Psychiatric Hospital, a 16 bed psychiatric inpatient facility that is Joint Commission accredited and Medicare A certified. Dr. Pieri practices psychiatry the way that she thinks that it should be practiced, with each patient treated as an individual according to the patient's individual needs. Dr. Pieri received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years.

Brad Kissler

Brad Kissler
Our Director of Outpatient Admissions, Brad Kissler, originally came to Decision Point in 2012. He has functioned in many areas of the behavioral health and addiction treatment field. His contributions from support staff, case management, physical health services, administration, behavioral health services, and admissions have allowed him to witness many aspects of the treatment industry. Brad was a part of the residential treatment team and detox center in Prescott prior to working at our outpatient facility in Scottsdale. He is currently furthering his education focusing on business administration and counseling.

Craig Edson

Craig Edson
After 15 years in retail management, Craig began his career with Decision Point in 2011. His skill set includes staff supervision, facilities management and community outreach. As a result of his own experiences with addiction, Craig is committed to assisting those that need help in addressing their issues and offering guidance in launching into the next phase of their lives. While his career at Decision Point is a vocation, Craig says his most precious moments are spent with his son.

David Seymour

BHT, Program Director
Dave Seymour has been working in behavioral healthcare since 2012. With over 4 years of experience in the field, Dave has developed a passion for working with adults who are struggling with substance abuse and addiction. Dave specializes in helping families understand their loved one’s challenges with substance abuse. Drawing from his own experiences with addiction, Dave can relate to the daily struggles that each patient encounters and works diligently with the team at Decision Point Center to provide the best care possible for each of the clients and their families. Being a father, Dave understands the importance of bringing families together to overcome the imbalance that is created from substance abuse. With over 9 years of sobriety, Dave leads by example, and is living proof that it is possible to live a life filled with hope, faith, and courage.
