Decision Point Center is a licensed drug and alcohol addiction and substance use disorder treatment facility that addresses co-occurring and dual diagnosis disorders in Prescott, Arizona. Our Facility

Decision Point Center's residential treatment facility is located in Prescott, Arizona just two hours north of Phoenix. The area is in central Arizona, where the high desert meets the forested mountains. The area’s mild climate has long been a treatment destination for those suffering from a myriad of physical, mental, and behavioral issues due to its serene landscape, perfect weather, and abundance of recreational activities.

  • Do you treat mental health?

    At Decision Point Center, we are an accredited dual diagnosis treatment center. This means that we look at the underlining mental health issue that might be causing drug or alcohol addiction.  

  • Can I Afford Treatment?
    Thanks to insurance plans and financing options, more people than ever before are able to receive the treatment they need. When you call our Admissions Team, they will leave no stone unturned in finding ways for you to obtain treatment including setting up a payment plan that meets your needs. You can even verify your insurance coverage here.
  • Is the Treatment Facility Licensed and Accredited?
    Decision Point is licensed as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility by the Arizona Department of Health Services. We are also accredited by The Joint Commission. These standards are measured to be the target for quality and safety in behavioral health care. We are also a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers.
  • Does Decision Point Center accept insurance?
    Yes! Decision Point Center works with many types of insurance to make treatment affordable for clients. Currently, Decision Point Center is in-network with BCBS, Humana, Cigna, PHCS, HMC Healthworks, Beacon Health Options, Tri-care, and Shasta. Decision Point Center also works with most PPO insurance companies.
