Sierra has been in the case behavioral health field for 9 years. Starting her journey as an administrative assistant in Flagstaff, AZ Sierra found a passion for helping others find and become their best selves and gained experience and worked her way up in the behavioral leant field. Sierra holds a bachelor's degree in social work and has experience working with many populations, and people from many different backgrounds. Sierra has one strong willed, smart, and incredible son who inspires her every day. Earning her bachelor's degree while pregnant, Sierra hopes to teach her son the importance of hard work and helping others. Sierra's goal is to help clients find recovery and the next steps after residential treatment where they will flourish into their best selves. Her end goal is to become an LCSW and be a therapist, helping those who suffer with addiction.
