Dave Seymour serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Decision Point Center, bringing with him over a decade of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for recovery. Dave began his journey with Decision Point Center in 2011 and has grown alongside the organization, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process from both clinical and operational perspectives. 

Over the years, Dave has held a wide range of roles within the organization, including Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Director of Business Development and Admissions, and Director of Operations. His progression through these positions reflects not only his leadership capabilities but also his commitment to serving individuals and families impacted by addiction. 

Dave is deeply passionate about helping people rediscover their purpose and build meaningful, lasting recovery. He strongly believes that the duration of time spent in a supportive recovery environment significantly increases the likelihood of long-term success. This philosophy continues to guide his leadership approach and vision for Decision Point Center. 

Now serving as CEO, Dave has returned “home” to lead the organization into its next chapter, dedicated to expanding access to quality care and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and hope.
