Teresa holds a Master’s Degree from Ottawa University in Substance Abuse Counseling/Human Resources, and she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Prescott College in Counseling. With the primary tools of Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, CBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, Teresa seeks to apply her skills to support the rewarding process of recovery for individuals, families, and communities. Specializing in the treatment of trauma and co-occurring disorders, Teresa is authorized by AZBBHE as an independent practitioner to provide counseling services and to provide Clinical Supervision. Teresa is an EMDR Certified Therapist and a member of the EMDRIA Institute. She is also a member of the Granite Mountain Psychological Society.
