Meredith has earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Education and most recently her Masters of Social Work. Meredith is a Licensed Master Social Worker and has been a therapist in Wyoming and Arizona, helping clients with substance use disorders, trauma, communication skills, and relationships. Meredith has a fresh perspective based on her life experiences. She values serving others and guides individuals towards finding ways to enrich their lives, with empathy and encouragement. Her passion is to have clients see what they CAN do. Meredith finds it very rewarding to show clients how they can build on their strengths so that they can increase their self-worth and find their purpose.
