When you call Decision Point you will speak with one of our experienced Admissions Representatives who are trained to listen carefully and assess the needs of each potential client. Questions about the cost of treatment, insurance, detox or treatment will be answered. If it is determined that the potential client is not a good fit for Decision Point Center, the Admissions Representative will provide suggestions for alternative programs and levels of care. If a potential client decides to take the next step and seek admission to Decision Point, our Admissions Representative will provide detailed information and instructions for beginning the admission process.
The admission process is designed to provide a stress-free experience for our clients and their families. Clients are welcomed to Decision Point by staff members who will guide the process of completing all necessary paperwork and insurance reviews, reviewing policies and procedures and answering any and all questions that the client or his or her family have about treatment. The client will be introduced to his or her Primary Therapist and begin an initial assessment with the objective of developing a personalized treatment plan. Once admitted, the client will be escorted to their residence, introduced to others sharing the facilities, and allowed quiet time to process what they have learned.
