Philip Hart, RN, BHP

Registered Nurse

Native of Ohio that became a resident of Arizona in 2001 while pursuing recovery from my own addictions. Philip began a new career in Behavioral/Mental Health and Substance Abuse/Addiction treatment in 2003 with a local community mental health organization as a Behavioral Health Technician. There he was encouraged by many to continue his education and expertise in this specialized area of healthcare. In 2008 Philip graduated from Yavapai Community College as a Registered Nurse. Philip had a desire to continue to grow in the healthcare profession and share his passion for this niche with as many people as he can. Though his personal experience and throughout the years in this profession he has lived and seen the devastation that addiction can take on an individual, family and loved ones, and a community.

Philip has been honored and graced to learn from numerous medical and clinical professionals the importance of how a well-educated, trained, experienced, disciplined and dedicated staff with an interdisciplinary and team approach to healthcare can greatly benefit the client in all aspects of the new life they are choosing. His life was touched and changed by such an approach and it is with great pleasure that his desire is to carry that on to help others. As a former client and alumnus of Decision Point Center, Philip has the honor to share his passion as a member of the team. Philip is grateful for the leadership, support, and dedication that has the same passion to provide the best possible care in a loving environment. His hope is that all clients of Decision Point Center are afforded every possible opportunity for success and to become the person that they desire and hope to be.
