 Erinn Falls MSW, LCSW
Primary Therapist
Erinn holds a Master’s degree in social work from The University of Minnesota. She has worked as a therapist and Program
Coordinator at a community mental health centers focusing directly on supporting families in the community. Erinn co-founded
and served as the Executive Director for Families First Counseling Center. Erin’s current focus at Decision Point is a passion
for treating trauma, addictions, mood disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder. She facilitates this through her training
in EMDR, somatic experiencing, and auricular acupuncture. In addition, she has worked both as a primary therapist and family
therapist at The Meadows.
